Rates & Registration Information:
To register for any of our events, schedule your own retreat, or request more information, please contact us at (609) 494-5689. We do not take reservations online.
A deposit will be required to hold a room, which can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or by check. Cancellation Insurance is also available upon request. When making your reservation, please notify us of any special needs, i.e. wheelchair accessibility, dietary needs, dining hall seating requests, and crib/cot requests. Sorry- we do not allow pets.

Important Information:
- We offer a spiritually centered program including chapel services which we expect each guest to attend. Children’s programs are available during Home School and Family Weeks.
- Our recreational facilities will be closed during each session.
- Casual dress is always acceptable, and modesty is our guideline. We ask that women wear one-piece bathing suits, and that men and women wear shirts and shorts/cover-ups in buildings.
- Meals are available for those not staying at the Conference for modest prices, by reservation.
- All bedding is supplied. Please do not bring sleeping bags.
- Please bring your own toiletries, including towels, soap, and shampoo.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pets are not permitted.
- HCBC is an alcohol, drug, and tobacco free facility.
- Skateboarding is not permitted on Conference grounds.
- No refunds will be given for late arrival or early departure.
- Harvey Cedars Bible Conference does not discriminate based on race, color, or national origin.
Weekly Rate Schedule for 2012:
- Adult rates are based on the number of adults in a room.
- Children must stay in same room with an adult.
- Children 0-2 are free in all rooms.
