Ministry Donation Opportunities
Harvey Cedars Bible Conference is a non-profit Christian ministry dependent on the generous giving of patrons like you. We rely 100% on donations for our operating expenses and to provide the best Christian retreat programming possible. Join the generations of Harvey Cedars patrons that help us continue excellence in Christian ministry. If you wish to give, there are three funds you can designate your gift for:
Steps of Faith Campaign
While Harvey Cedars is recognized nationally for its outstanding Christian programs, there remains an urgent need: a first class Ministry Activity Center. God has blessed us with growth to the point where we are running out of space! The Ministry Activity Center will become the focal point of daily activities at the conference.
This multi-purpose, 15,000 square foot facility will house:
- A modern gymnasium/auditorium,
- A large-group meeting space, accommodating up to 750 people,
- Mens and womens locker rooms and showers,
- Four to five classrooms, including a marine biology lab,
- An exercise room with aerobic and anaerobic equipment,
- A Dining Facility large enough to cater groups up to 600,
- A lounge and vending space for informal gatherings,
- Non-traditional worship space for spiritual reflection (approachable to un-churched teens),
- Interchangeable recreational space.
Adopt a Staffer
Our staff program is one of the best things about Harvey Cedars. Each Summer we have approximately 70 high school and college students come from all over the country to be a part of our staff program. This is a great opportunity for them to make lifelong friends while growing in their walk with Jesus Christ. We view each of the summer jobs as an opportunity to minister in the name of Christ, and many staffers sacrifice so they can minister in a Christian setting. We have an "Adopt a Staffer" program whereby you can encourage that staffer financially, or with a box of baked cookies. It's a rewarding way to make an impact in a teen's life and in the life of the conference.
General Fund
There are always ongoing projects and improvements at the conference that could use your support. The upkeep of our various buildings and campus grounds requires a sizeable budget. Any General Fund donation is greatly appreciated.
